Digital Delivery Policy
How Our Products Are Delivered
SROSE STUDIO sells digital products only. All products are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically.
What Happens After You Purchase
1. Complete your purchase through our secure checkout.
2. Receive an order confirmation email with your download link. This email is sent immediately after payment is processed.
3. Download your product by clicking the link in the email. Depending on the edition purchased, digital products may be delivered as individual PDF files or as ZIP archives containing multiple PDF files.
4. Save a copy to your device. We recommend saving the file in a location you can easily find later.
Delivery Timeframe
All digital products are available for download immediately after purchase. There is no waiting period and no shipping time.
If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes of purchasing, please check your spam or junk folder. Some email providers may filter automated messages.
Supported Formats
All SROSE STUDIO products are delivered as PDF files. PDFs can be opened with:
- Any modern web browser
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)
- Apple Books
- Google Drive
- Most default file viewers on phones and computers
Printing
All of our products are designed to be readable on screen and printable on standard paper (A4 or US Letter). Some bonus materials, such as trackers and cheat sheets, are specifically designed for printing.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive my download email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@srosestudio.com with your order number or the email address you used at checkout. We will resend your download link.
The download link isn't working.
Try opening the link in a different browser. If the issue persists, contact us and we will provide an alternative download method.
I accidentally deleted the file.
Contact us at support@srosestudio.com with your order details and we will help you access your purchase again.
